Webby stomps his authority once again at this weekends Oulton Park qualifier to park firmly on pole position! James is confident for sundays race and although an early morning lashing from the heavens soaked the XR1200 trophy riders to the bone, they all came in cleanly and James was in his element. The afternoon saw some belting sunshine that provided the riders a dry circuit for qualifying, with a strong wind whisping across the cheshire circuit a few twitchy Harley Davidsons boomed around the twists and turns of Oulton Park, but yet again James Webb is looking strong for tomorrows race!

The race was on an absolutely soaking Oulton Park circuit and James had made a great start, after a few corners James had made it clear he was taking the lead and was aiming for yet another win for this short 5 lap race. Unfortunately Shaw Racings Rob Mcnealy made an absolutely mindless mistake outbraking himself whilst trying to undertake James that meant Mcnealy lost the front end and an unsuspecting James Webb was taken out by an out of control Shaw Racing motorcycle that ended not only Webby's race but also his lead in the Volvo XR1200 Trophy. James who was understandably fuming at being taken off his Blade Motorsport XR1200 is already looking towards the next race at his local circuit, Brands Hatch, fingers crossed James can retake the lead!
